Race horse owners are extremely important to our racing industry and as such, we at Muswellbrook Race Club want to ensure that you enjoy your day and get the owner's privileges that you deserve.
We are still under Covid restrictions that need to be adhered to by all owners. Owners are strictly prohibited from entering the mounting yard and tie-up stall area and we ask that you stay behind any barricading that separates essential race day staff (jockeys, trainers and strappers) from the general public. Please check with race day staff or call the office for the latest details.
Standard Race Days
Winning owners of every race at every race day receive a DVD of the win and a winner's sash with photo opportunities with your horse. You will celebrate with the race sponsors in a special winners area after the race, watching the replay of your horse's winning performance! Be sure to check our Facebook Page to see images from your win!
Depending on whether we have gate entry charges on the day, all listed owners (and one guest) will receive free entry at every race day. If there is a gate charge, get your name checked off at the front gate and receive your complimentary race book. Due to Covid restrictions, a limited number of Function Room (Members Area) passes are available on each given race day and can be collected from the race day office. You may also book a lunch package with us to guarantee a seat in our Members Area. Click here to view options. The 'Silks' Members area is restricted to Members and Sponsors only on Muswellbrook Cup Day, Melbourne Cup Day and Country Championships Race Day however there is a special owners/members lawn area with great views near the finish line for these days.
